Select your event date, guest count, and preferred theme. We'll prepare your luxury picnic package with all the décor and essentials needed for your celebration.

Pick Up or Schedule Delivery

Pick up your Picnic in a Bag from Ruby Blue Luxe Picnics or choose delivery (available for an additional fee). Your package will be carefully packed and ready for an easy setup.

Create Your Luxury Picnic

Simply follow the included setup guide: Lay out the blanket and ground mat. Position the low picnic table (if rented). Arrange the pillows and cushions. Style the table with the included linens, place settings, florals, candles, and décor. Add your favorite food, beverages, or charcuterie board and enjoy your celebration. Most setups can be completed in about 15–20 minutes.
