Your Ruby Blue Luxe Picnic Experience Includes:
Cozy blankets, plush pillows, and stylish rugs set the stage for comfort and charm. A beautifully arranged boho picnic table is adorned with a table runner or cloth, elegant florals, boho-style chargers, plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins. Soft flameless candles create a warm glow, accompanied by a personalized sign, hand sanitizer for your convenience, and a small speaker to enjoy your favorite music.
Your picnic also includes one platter of your choice. You are also welcome to bring your own favorite picnic foods to make the experience uniquely yours.

To reserve your special picnic, we kindly request a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking. The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event.
For picnics booked within 10 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We’re happy to accept Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
All sales are final.
In the event of inclement weather, your picnic may be rescheduled to another available date of your choosing. Rescheduled events must take place within 2 months of the original booking date.
While we will make every effort to accommodate changes due to weather, please note that certain elements—especially here in Georgia—are beyond our control. We are committed to making your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
Delivery & Travel Fees
Ruby Blue Luxe Picnics based in Savannah, GA.
Events located 50+ miles from 328 E. Montgomery Crossroads will incur a millage fee of $0.70 per mile.
Food & Beverage
Every standard picnic setup includes includes one platter of your choice, thoughtfully prepared by our trusted catering partner. You are also welcome to bring your own favorite picnic foods to make the experience uniquely yours.
Please note: Alcohol is not provided by Ruby Blue Luxe Picnics.
Booking Guidelines
Small parties (up to 10 guests): Book at least 3 days in advance.
Large events (over 10 guests): Book 1–3 weeks in advance. Specialty-themed events may require additional time for sourcing supplies.
Last-minute bookings: May be accepted based on availability—please call or email to inquire.
Travel Time
Please allow extra time when traveling to your picnic location, especially during holidays or peak traffic hours, to ensure timely arrival.
Weather Policy
Ruby Blue Luxe Picnics is primarily an outdoor experience. Please dress appropriately for the weather; light walking may be required.
In the event of severe weather, services may be rescheduled within 2 months of the original date. The decision to cancel due to weather will be made as close to your scheduled time as possible.
Set-Up Care & Guidelines
Smoking is not permitted near the picnic setup. If any items are returned with a smoke odor, a $70 cleaning fee will apply.
Please do not leave picnic setups unattended in public spaces. You are responsible for the setup for the duration of your rental period.
If you finish early, you may contact us to request an earlier pickup. While we will do our best to accommodate, early pickups cannot be guaranteed.
📸 Photo & Media Experience Agreement
At Ruby Blue Luxe Picnics, every experience is thoughtfully designed—and beautifully captured.
By participating in your picnic experience, you grant permission for Ruby Blue Luxe Picnics to photograph and record moments from your event. These images and videos may be shared across our website, social media platforms, and select marketing materials as part of showcasing the Ruby Blue experience.
All content is used with care and intention to reflect the elegance and atmosphere of each event. No compensation is provided for media use.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, we are happy to honor your request. Please notify us in writing prior to your event at info@rubyblueluxe.com.
